Description of Service and Account Registration Ezhal provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for reputation management and Google Review automation. To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate or if you violate these Terms

Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds Ezhal operates on a subscription basis. We use Lemon Squeezy as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service in addition to ours. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Refund requests are handled at our discretion and in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy

User Conduct and Google Compliance You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Since our Service interacts with the Google Maps Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. You generally agree not to misuse our system to post fake reviews, spam, or violate the policies of third-party platforms. Ezhal is not responsible for any actions taken by Google against your business profile resulting from your misuse of our automation tools

Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ezhal and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Ezhal, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or business outcomes

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights

وصف الخدمة وتسجيل الحساب يوفر "إزهلها" منصة برمجيات كخدمة (SaaS) لإدارة السمعة وأتمتة مراجعات جوجل. للوصول إلى الخدمة، يجب عليك التسجيل للحصول على حساب. أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة أثناء عملية التسجيل والحفاظ على أمان بيانات اعتماد حسابك. أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابك. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا ثبت أن أي معلومات مقدمة غير دقيقة أو إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط.

الاشتراكات والمدفوعات والاسترداد يعمل "إزهلها" بنظام الاشتراك. نحن نستخدم Lemon Squeezy كموزع معتمد وتاجر سجل (Merchant of Record). عند شراء اشتراك، فإنك توافق على شروط خدمة Lemon Squeezy بالإضافة إلى شروطنا. تتم فوترة المدفوعات مقدمًا على أساس متكرر (شهريًا أو سنويًا). يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت؛ ومع ذلك، سيستمر الوصول حتى نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية. يتم التعامل مع طلبات الاسترداد وفقًا لتقديرنا ووفقًا لسياسة استرداد Lemon Squeezy.

الملكية الفكرية تظل الخدمة ومحتواها الأصلي وميزاتها ووظائفها ملكية حصرية لـ "إزهلها" ومرخصيها. يتم منحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة لعملياتك التجارية الداخلية. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أو بيع أو تأجير أي جزء من خدماتنا أو البرامج المضمنة.

حدود المسؤولية لا يتحمل "إزهلها" أو مديروها أو موظفوها أو شركاؤها بأي حال من الأحوال المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات أو الاستخدام أو الشهرة أو غيرها من الخسائر غير الملموسة، الناتجة عن وصولك إلى أو استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على الوصول إلى أو استخدام الخدمة. نحن لا نضمن تصنيفات SEO محددة أو نتائج تجارية معينة.

القانون الحاكم تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة المغربية، بغض النظر عن تعارضها مع أحكام القانون. لا يعتبر فشلنا في إنفاذ أي حق أو حكم من هذه الشروط تنازلاً عن تلك الحقوق.
