We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers; all payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, and you can review their privacy policy directly on their website. Furthermore, to provide our reputation management service, Ezhal requires access to your Google Business Profile via Google APIs. This includes accessing your business location data as well as your reviews and ratings. Ezhal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data primarily to provide our service, which involves automating the filtering and management of your Google reviews. Additionally, we use your information to communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support messages, as well as to improve our platform by analyzing usage trends and fixing technical issues.
Sharing Your Information We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers who perform services for us (such as Lemon Squeezy for payments and our cloud hosting providers) or if required by law to protect our legal rights.
